The warranty period on the Citizen printers is 2 years or 100km of label feed, whichever is the sooner, for parts and labour with the exception of the printhead.   The printhead has a warranty of 6 months or 30 kilometres of label feed whichever is the sooner.   The equipment is returned to the manufacturer for service work.  We can manufacture a large variety of plain labels, both thermal transfer and thermal direct suitable for the Citizen printers along with citizen ribbons and printer accessories such as label rewind units.

If you are considering the purchase of a Zebra Printer then the following information may be of interest to you:

The warranty period on the Zebra printers featured on our website is 12 months for parts and labour with the exception of the printhead which has a warranty of 6 months (subject to inspection).   The equipment is returned to the manufacturer for service work.    We manufacture a large variety of plain labels, both thermal transfer and thermal direct suitable for the Zebra printers along with  zebra ribbons and printer accessories such as label rewind units.
