Cryogenic & Anti-Microbial

We manufacture specialist cryogenic labels using adhesives and materials that can adhere to surfaces at the cryogenic temperatures of liquid nitrogen. These can be supplied plain or printed.

They are supplied on rolls for use through a thermal transfer printers or on sheets for laser printers.

We can supply thermal transfer printers with a printhead range of 200 – 600 dpi.

The 600dpi thermal printers will produce very small text and codes. The cryogenic labels can be provided in any size and shape to individual specification.

Suitability: Where speciality adhesives and substrates are required to adhere in low temperatures. Generally small in size, these labels are primarily used in cryogenic testing and storage laboratories for specimen identification.

Also used by manufacturers of equipment that must operate in cryogenic environments.

Innovative Anti-Microbial Material

We are able to produce a range of labels using an innovative anti-microbial material.  

Based on silver ion technology this product has been carefully developed with the pharmaceutical and other hygienic labelling sectors in mind.

This material enables the production of labels, which actively inhibit the growth of bacteria, minimising the risk of cross- contamination.    Up to 99.9% effective in inhibiting the growth of a range of harmful bacteria and fungi, including MRSA, e-coli and salmonella.
