3D Domed Bubble Badges
Bubble badges are a very effective, 3D label that has a real visual and tactile impact. The 3D dome of the bubble badge allows you to create a great, eye catching, colourful, and unique bespoke label.
Bubble badges are created by covering a printed vinyl label with a two part liquid resin. The liquid resin flows to the edge of the label. This forms a meniscus (like the clear layer at the top of a glass of water). When the resin set or ‘cures’ it creates a high quality, perfectly clear dome on the label.
This effect can be applied to almost any shape and size. Our 3D badges are cut out using a plotter which means there is no cost for cutters. Full colour options are either digitally printed or screen printed.
The 3D resin dome on a synthetic vinyl label creates a very durable label that is fully water and weather proof, the resin dome is highly UV and sunlight resistant. These properties make for a label that is not only very aesthetically pleasing but extremely tough and able to survive the great outdoors at anytime of the year for a prolonged time.
They can be produced on a number of different adhesives, to suit your requirements.
