We can supply pouches with spouts on a range of materials in different sizes to suit the weight, volume and type of product. Spouts can be ordered in different colours and sizes to suit the product. Spouted pouches are ideal for anything from shampoos and hand soap to frozen cocktails, vodka, gin and cleaning products.

There are also cost saving advantages in terms of distribution and storage compared to rigid packaging. Our custom printed pouches provide a larger print area than labelled stock pouches, enhancing brand identity and bringing more visibility on the shelf. Add a spot varnish to spout pouches for extra wow factor.

Zips and locking mechanisms

There are a range of zips and locking mechanisms available, including: press-to-seal (zip lock), velcro, child safety, compostable, mono lock and multi-close. The sachet range is designed as a single use item, with no-resealable function.

Sustainability

Standard pouch materials can be recycled through specialist contractors. Fully PE or PP pouches are available and can be widely recycled in the UK. We have a fully recyclable range, which can been seen below. Compostable pouches are also available as a specialist material. Contact us for any specific requirements

Artwork

To produce your pouches, we would require finshed artwork. Artwork for pouches can be a little more complicated, so we are more than happy to offer advise and help through the process.

Samples

We offer free of charge samples of previous produced pouchess. Our sample packs cover a range of markets, sizes, materials and with a range of special features.

Print Methods

Full colour print is available across all of our materials. This also includes generating barcodes or QR codes, sequential number for batch numbers etc.
