Packing pouches are a great way of showcasing your brand, along with creating a shelf-ready packaging to cut down on time and cost.

As with our labels, we have a broad range of materials that can be used to create your pouch for your use. The range of materals suitable for food and non-food items. This includes kerbside recyclable, durable paper pouches.

The artwork is fully customisable, and can include clear windows for your customers to see your product through the pouch. The clear windows can also be shaped to fit your branding or individual product. If you wanted pouches to package your t-shirts, why not have a t-shirt shaped clear window, or a coffee bean shaped for your roasted coffee?

This works well for foodstuffs, as it allows your customers to see how much is left in the packet before they run out

There are a range of zips and locking mechanisms available, including: press-to-seal (zip lock), velcro, child safety, compostable, mono lock and multi-close. The sachet range is designed as a single use item, with no-resealable function.

Standard pouch materials can be recycled through specialist contractors. Fully PE or PP pouches are available and can be widely recycled in the UK. We have a fully recyclable range, which can been seen below. Compostable pouches are also available as a specialist material. Contact us for any specific requirements

To produce your pouches, we would require finshed artwork. Artwork for pouches can be a little more complicated, so we are more than happy to offer advise and help through the process.
